p43, def. 2.10, p45, def. 2.13, p47, def. 2.6: each occurence of Q_L' should be replaced by Q'_L' (there is no obligation that the entity languages be the same on both sides).

p116, ex. 5.38: can you guess what problem would cause to replace Thomas de Aquinus by Augustine of Hypo?

p310, 9.3.3: Q_L' should be replaced by Q'_L'
