Ontology Matching: Index of terms

For the first edition, typeset 23/04/2007

Note: This index refers to the pages of the above mentioned edition. It is more comprehensive than the printed index and it is searchable. This means that terms are not repeated under different head terms within the index. This also means that the reader will need to iterate search: for instance, average will be found under average, average linkage, ordered weighted average and weighted average.

A number of terms are not featured in isolation in this index since they are virtually concerned by any page of the book (only their definition pages are mentioned). These are the terms: alignment, correspondence, matcher, matching, ontology, ontology matching, etc.

Page numbers in italics indicates the page where a definition of the term is found.
